Question 1: Why does there is no mist coming？ Please kindly note that for some models, there is the Maximum water capacity line in the water tank, Overload Water will affect the function of the ultrasonic machine, Fill water under the line, and Try again.
Question 2: Is it very quiet? Yes, it does. Silencer and air inlet filters are applied to this machine to make sure that the humidifier operates less than 30dB, which is quieter than a library.
Question 3: Can I use normal water or do I need to use distilled water? Hi, Distilled water is recommended by the FDA for use in humidifiers because using tap water may cause white dust, scale problem,s, etc. if your water is hard.
Question 4: How do you fill it? It looks like you turn the tank upside down. Yes, the humidifier needs to be refilled from the bottom. Also, to make it easier and quicker to fill the water tank, we design a large water tank opening.
Question 5: The base is filled with water when I remove the tank to refill. Is this normal and is there a reason for this? Kindly note that this is normal for all humidifiers. There is a water valve on the water tank. When the water tank is placed on the base, the valve is opened and the water flows to the base. Also please pour out the water in the base when you refill or clean the humidifier.
