Note: Please do not add water directly into the base. If the humidifier does not work properly (e.g.: the red light is on, no mist coming out, etc.), most problems can be addressed by the follow steps: 1. Take the water tank off of the base. 2. Pour out all the water in the base. 3. Add at least 2 cups/480 ml water into the water tank. (Please do not add water into the base directly) 4. Place the tank back onto the base. 5. Turn the mist level dial to the desired setting.
