The Clean Comfort HS Series Whole House Humidifiers automatically control your home���s humidity to the level you choose. And when used with a digital humidistat, they even adjust the humidity level based on the outdoor temperature to prevent condensation on windows on very cold days.

An easy and efficient solution to dry indoor air

The HS Series electrode steam humidifiers work by heating water in a secure, internal cylinder to create steam. The steam is injected directly into your central heat and cooling system�۪s ductwork, and the system���s fan circulates the humid air throughout the house. The HS Series steam humidifiers have a proprietary ���auto-adaptive�۝ routine that helps maximize steam output from the water it uses. Very little water is wasted compared to evaporative humidifiers where all water that enters the humidifier and doesn�۪t enter the air goes down the drain. The HS Series humidifiers do not rely on the temperature or flow rate of the air leaving the furnace to deliver the right amount of humidity to the home. This makes these humidifiers a better match for variable speed and modulating heating and cooling systems where air temperatures and flow rates tend to be lower than single stage systems.

In the event that you need to return your order, you must call and obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service. NO returns will be accepted otherwise, ALL OTHER PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED.

No returns on Commercial Equipment. All sales are final.

Please be advised that, as the transition to the new SEER2 equipment rolls out over the course of the rest of the year, we will be implementing a �no returns� policy on the older equipment.

The above list will grow as the year closes out. Returns do not apply to equipment damaged in transit, however, please be aware that if an older unit does get damaged, it will be possible that a replacement may not be available.

Refunds are based on the following criteria:

1. If within 30 days of the date of receipt you have not unpacked or opened your order and the item is undamaged, you are eligible for return. We will refund 90% (not to include the original shipping cost). You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us. All original documentation must be included (spec sheets, installation guides and warranty information).
2. If within 30 days of the date of receipt you have unpacked or opened your order, it can not be returned in original condition as shipped. It is at the discretion of The AC Outlet whether we will accept the return. Pictures of the item will be required for evaluation. If we approve the return, upon receipt and inspection of your order we will refund an amount that is fair and equitable to both parties. All original documentation must be included (spec sheets, installation guides and warranty information).
3. If a return is requested after 30 days from date of receipt, it will be solely at the discretion of The AC Outlet to accept or deny the return. No installed item(s) can be returned for a refund and are only replaceable through warranty coverage.
