Unit  is in great condition with little use. I purachased  2 for my business lobby because my wife suffers from allergies and sever dry eyes. Now she is no longer in pain and was able to stop taking her eye drops and pills. But one unit covers  the 1000 square ft. large lobby even if only on medium setting.
