EVERY BRAND-NEW PRODUCTECH PRODUCT you purchase directly from our official Productech Store is covered by 1-year warranty.
THE WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase.
If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, Productech will replace the product or its defective parts (with a new or refurbished product) or refund your purchase. We are able to provide you with a one-time replacement only within the product warranty period.
If you experience any issues with your Productech Corporation product, please contact us and our Customer Care Agents will help you.
Standard Shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only within Continental US. Free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - there will be an additional shipping charge on an order shipped to these states.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping costs depend on the order weight. Final order weight and shipping cost are available at Shipping Method page during checkout proceeding.

DELIVERY TIME

Expedited shipping offer is available either for the US or international orders. Expedited shipping option can be chosen at check-out.
If any item received from Productech does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days after you receive it.
Productech Corporation only accepts returns of products purchased directly from our official eBay store. We do not accept a return if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
For U.S. based customers return shipping is prepaid and free (i.e. you will pay no postage upfront).

REFUNDS
Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment only. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).
In the case of a non-defective item return, final refund amount may be reduced by up to 20% depending on the condition of the returned item.
Original shipping fee is not refundable if the return isn’t covered by the Productech Warranty statements.
Expedited shipping fee is not refundable.
